does not grant academic credit, language certification, or professional advice.

Accounts, beta access, and purchases
Guest mode and future sign-in
The app is designed for guest-first use and offers optional Sign in with Apple on iOS for an on-device profile.
Cloud sync should not be considered available until it is explicitly launched.
Beta and pre-release features
Spanish Sprint may be distributed through private beta channels such as TestFlight before the public App Store
launch. Beta features may change, stop working, or be removed without notice.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are not active yet. If premium access is enabled later, pricing, renewal terms, and
cancellation details will be presented through the applicable storefront before purchase. Apple may also apply
its own standard licensed application terms to App Store or TestFlight distribution.
Content, availability, and limits
Course and training content
Spanish Sprint and its related site content, lesson structures, text, design, and product materials are owned
by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Service changes
The app and site may evolve as the product moves toward public release. Features may be added, changed, paused,
or retired, especially during beta.
No warranty
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Spanish Sprint is provided on an as is and as available basis. The
service does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the app will meet every
learner's goals.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Spanish Sprint and its operators will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
Termination, changes, and contact
Termination
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are violated or if the service is discontinued.
Updates to these terms
Spanish Sprint may update these terms as the product and release setup change. Continued use after updates
means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
